Prasad’s accomplishments include implementing strategic plans, improving employee morale, executing successful marketing campaigns, and reducing costs through renewable energy systems.
Mr Chaitanya Tendolkar

Chaitanya Tendolkar is the Executive Director of Courtesy Hotels Pvt Ltd, overseeing the operations of Westbay Resort and Spa. With 12 years of experience in the hospitality industry, he played a key role in transforming the resort from a 2-star to a 4-star establishment. As a chartered accountant, Chaitanya has implemented performance metrics, improved financial forecasting, and enhanced employee engagement. His expertise also includes financial planning, analysis, and compliance. Chaitanya holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree and is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.
Shirish Suryakant Shetye

Fellow member of Institute of Company Secretaries of India, Bachelors in Commerce, Master in Law (LL.M.) from the
University of Bombay and working as practising Company Secretary for last 35 years. He holds the position of Independent Director in the listed Company. He has contributed for ICSI book published on Handbook on Arbitration (A Practical Guide for Professionals). He has a remarkable exposure and has almost four decades of experience in corporate law advisory to corporate and government companies, corporate governance issues and advising on various corporate and legal matters.
